Trouble Shooting PDF Files.
- You must have Acrobat/abobe reader on your computer in order to view these files. Make sure your computer has that program. If not, download the Acrobat reader free from Adobe.com

Click Image To Download Adobe (you probably have it already)
- If the file doesn't automatically open after the few seconds download, then you must take the following steps.
- Close the Acrobat reader.
- Right click on the Link of the file you wish to download. Choose "Save Target As" option.
- Name the file and save in a location you remember. Desktop is good choice.
- Open your Acrobat reader. Choose the OPEN icon or FILE OPEN from the Adobe tool bar. Pick the file you just downloaded by Name and Location.
- Click OPEN and the file should now be viewable.
