About Dr. Abbott
Dr. Abbott graduated Magna Cum Laude from Medical College of Virginia’s school of Dentistry in1995.
She has been practicing in the Midlothian area since 1998 and has been part of the tremendous growth of the area.
She enjoys tennis, skiing, dancing, cycling, cooking and gardening; loves the ocean and the New England summers. Her daughter is a graduate of St. Catherine’s School & James Madison University. Her son graduated from Fork Union Military Academy and is presently attending VCU School of Engineering. Much of her free time is spent with her husband, Peter Kohn who does brand Licensing and family business advising.
Dr. Abbott is a dedicated professional providing dental services and knowledge to you in a comfortable, compassionate and safe setting. Her focus is to provide you with the highest level of dental care so you may enjoy good dental health. She believes in giving back to the community and has been a supporter of The Food Bank and Meals on Wheels among other charitable organizations.

About our Hygienist:
JENNIFER MUDD graduated from Old Dominion University with a B. S. In Dental Hygiene in1996 and has been practicing hygiene in the Midlothian area since that time. She also holds a degree inChemistry from Barton College. Jennifer performs periodontal exams, routine exams, digital diagnostic films, oral cancer screenings and gives oral hygiene instructions. She uses an intraoral camera to help educate the patients on optimal oral health. Jennifer takes pride in giving exceptional care to each and every patient and says this is what makes her job so fulfilling!
The practice is focused on maintaining and restoring oral health in a comfortable and relaxing setting. Their practice includes crown and bridge work, root canals, implants, dentures and cosmetic makeovers.
